Official Rules

Promotion Period
Promotion begins on February 1, 2026, at 12:00 am, and ends on February 20, 2026, at 11:59 pm (the “Promotion Period”). No purchase necessary.

Entry
By entering the Promotion, each entrant accepts and agrees to be bound by these Official Rules. No purchase necessary to enter. Individuals may submit nominations by visiting Maps Credit Union’s website and completing the entry form. One entry per person.

Members, teachers or administrators can nominate any K-12 public or private school in Marion and Polk counties as well as schools from the cities of Wilsonville, Oregon City, Seaside and Astoria. Only one school nomination per entrant.

Members can nominate a 503(c)3 non-profit organization in Marion or Polk counties or Wilsonville. Only one non-profit organization nomination per Maps member.

Awards
We will randomly select 20 schools from the pool of nominees—including 16 from Marion and Polk Counties, and one each from the cities of Wilsonville, Oregon City, Seaside, and Astoria. Each school selected will receive $1,000 toward the purchase of classroom supplies. Winning schools will be selected by February 26, 2026, and announced by March 15, 2026.

Conditions
The drawing is void where prohibited or restricted by law and is subject to all federal, state and local laws and regulations. Nominees agree to release Maps Credit Union and its respective directors, officers, employees, agents, and subsidiaries from any and all liability, claims, causes of action, suits, and demands arising from or in connection with its lawful actions in conducting the promotion. Maps Credit Union reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel or suspend this promotion, in its entirety or in part, should tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or other causes beyond Maps Credit Union’s control corrupt the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper play of the promotion.

Eligibility
Open to all nominated schools that qualify under the entry rules listed above.

To request a list of winners, mail a stamped, self-addressed envelope to Maps Credit Union, Maps Credit Union, PO Box 12398, Salem, Oregon 97309, Attn: Marketing Department, after the end of the Promotion Period.
