“Like in so many aspects of life; what ends up mattering, above all, is the relationship we are able to earn and keep that end up meaning the most.”
I’ve had the pleasure of serving my neighbors in the mortgage industry for over 30 years now. I joined the Maps Credit Union team in 2017, and they’ve given me the opportunity to do what I do best; help families reach their goals. I enjoy the entire mortgage loan process, and I’m invested in helping create a great outcome from beginning to end for each and every client who trusts me to help them. My commitment to listening, executing; and following through is unwavering.
When I’m not helping borrowers, you may find me crafting, scrapbooking, or making cards. I enjoy spending time with my husband, granddaughter, and my entire family.
If I wasn’t a Mortgage Loan Officer here at Maps, I think I would work in the schools teaching crafts to the children. It is a great mix of two things I love.
Tim Lindemann Mortgage Loan Officer

“The most rewarding thing about what I do is helping members reach their goals. For some, it’s fulfilling a lifetime goal of homeownership, and for others, it’s refinancing and enjoying some of that hard-earned equity.”
As a lifelong resident of the Willamette Valley, I have over 29 years of lending experience in multiple roles, including managing a local finance company. In 2020 I began a new journey with Maps Credit Union as a Mortgage Loan Officer, and I’m excited to join such a staple in the community. My goal is to make your borrowing experience as simple, quick, and informative as possible with great communication from start to finish.
When I’m not helping borrowers, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends. You might also catch me on the links golfing, woodworking, or working in the garden at home.
If I wasn’t a Mortgage Loan Officer here at Maps, I think I would be a contractor. I have always wanted to know how to build a home from the ground up, and watching it grow from the ground up would be very rewarding.
Doug Ecclestone Mortgage Loan Officer

“I love being able to apply my knowledge of lending to help members with their home loan needs. I strive to make the process fun and with as little stress as possible.”
The key to my success over the last 13+ years in banking has been my ability to listen. I joined Maps Credit Union back in 2017, and they have helped me flourish in all of my roles by knowing what is important to me. Listen, understand, then be able to explain things back to a member so they can understand and not feel lost in the transaction is what makes us all successful. I pride myself on finding the right loan program to meet their needs and goals.
When I’m not helping borrowers, you may find me camping in the forest or at the dunes with my two wonderful daughters. I grew up bowling and playing football and still enjoy the occasional game of chess.
If I wasn’t a Mortgage Loan Officer here at maps, I think I would be an FBI profiler. Then I’d retire and become a season ticket holder for the Green Bay Packers while I live out the rest of my life camping, fishing, and spending time with family.
